Spring Valley Home Fire

The fire was started by a candle burning too close to the ladder along this wall. It was very unfortunate as the home is very beautiful and needed a lot of work in order to remove all the damaged and charred building materials. We weren't able to save some of the drywall but we were able to save the wooden ceilings.

The wooden ceilings were not easy to clean as their porosity allows for smoke particles to enter deep into the wood. Using ozone and some thermal fogging we were able to remove the odor and save the wood.
