A water pipe broke in the laundry room ceiling causing moderate water damage. We removed all the damaged materials because the drywall was falling apart.

Once the damaged building materials were removed we were able to start the drying process. We used our signature green air movers to dry out studs and door within just a couple of days.

Now that the laundry room was dry we were able to put the whole thing back together "Like it never even happened!" The homeowners were worried about the cost of all the work we had done. We assured them that the price would be fair and we would work with their insurance company. In the end they were happy with the price.
