Tree Damaged Home in Spring Valley

During the storm a tree was blown over and it toppled on the house ruining the roof. It doesn't seem like a lot of damage was done but the inside of the home was also destroyed. The tree broke the roof during the storm which allowed water from the roof to stream down and into the home.

The second picture shows how the water had migrated from the corner. The floor was soaked through and needed to be removed entirely. There was not any way to dry out the subfloor with the large tiles on top. In the end a little tree and roof damaged created a big problem for these homeowners.
