Door Refinished in Spring Valley Home Fire

Wood is tricky to have deodorized and cleaned after a fire. Hot fires especially will widen the pores on the wood allowing more of the smoke odor to cling to the wood.

Instead of buying a new wooden door we restored this one for the homeowners. We were able to save them almost 60% of the cost by restoring the wood versus buying them a new one. We used ozone to deodorize the door, sanded it down, and then stained and sealed the door again. It looked good as new and it cost a lot less.
