Mold Remediation in Chula Vista, CA

The owner of this Chula Vista home noticed a small area of mold growth in the ceiling of their garage.  We determined that the wax ring at the bottom of the toilet was leaking every time it was flushed.  We first repaired the toilet so the leak would not continue.  We then contained the area around the mold to ensure the spores were not spread around the garage.  We were then able to remove the mold, treat and dry the affected area, and finally have our reconstruction team repair and pain the area.  Mold can be a scary thing, but it is no match for the professionals at SERVPRO of Spring Valley/Jamul.
