Bathroom Water Damage in San Diego, CA

This San Diego home had a very slow leak in the plumbing behind the shower of the hall bathroom.  The owners noticed the leak when a small amount of water appeared in the kitchen which is on the other side of the bathroom wall.  Once we had located and repaired the leak we were able to dry the bathroom and kitchen using a dehumidifier and 2 air movers.  The water had caused damage to the bathroom surround, vanity and the kitchen cabinets.  As we also provide construction services we were able to install a new shower, new vanity, and 2 new kitchen cabinets.  The owner of the property was overjoyed that we were able to take the project from start to finish without having to get anyone else involved.
