Sewage Damage in Spring Valley, CA

A main sewer pipe developed a crack in the office of a manufacturing plant in Spring Valley, CA.  As it only leaked when someone on the second floor used the restroom, it took a while to discover.  When we arrived we found mold growth in all of the walls in both downstairs bathrooms.  We first contained the area to stop the spread of any mold spores or bacteria to the rest of the offices.  Then we removed all of the affected materials, cleaned the walls and concrete floors to capture the remaining mold spores, applied an anti-microbial to kill any bacteria, then had the area tested to ensure it was safe for reentry.  Once we were done the area was clean, safe, and ready to be put back together.
