Mold Remediation in San Diego, CA

The Owner of this property in San Diego noticed a smell coming from her kitchen cabinets and called us out to investigate.  We determined that the drain line for her kitchen sink was leaking in the wall and running under the cabinets.  This had been occurring for a few weeks and had caused a substantial amount of mold to grow under the cabinets.  We set up plastic to ensure that the work did not contaminate the rest of the house and were able to remove the affected cabinets and the mold under them without causing any damage to the granite counter top.  This not only saved their insurance company money, it also made it possible for their kitchen to be back to normal in a mater of a few weeks as opposed to a few months.
