Excessive Heat Warning for Spring Valley
This year Spring Valley residents have been exposed to all kinds of severe weather, and this summer is no exception. Extreme heat has impacted Spring Valley and San Diego County, residents with temperatures soaring as high as 110 to 115 degrees in some places.
